How is your personal information used?

We will not sell, rent or share your personal information to any third party. We do however share your information with revenue authorities and the Financial Markets Authority as required by law.
If you are a looking to borrow from us, we will request your specific authority to carry out relevant credit checks.
We may also use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as delivering packages, sending mail and emails and processing payments. They will have access to your personal information needed to perform these services, but we will not authorise them to use your information for other purposes.
These organisations will only use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act, and we will not authorise them to share or on-sell any information that they hold on behalf of Midlands Mortgage Trust.

We are committed to full compliance with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
